We Promise your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

If the item was damaged in shipment, it may be necessary for the shipping company to do a physical inspection – to make sure we properly packaged the item. Please notify us immediately and be sure to fill out the form below. We will notify the shipper and start the claim process. We will ship a new item out immediately after the claim process has started. No need to wait. However we do ask, that in cases like these, that you have the item available for their inspection. Broken or damaged items may not have to be returned.

  • In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 2-3 working days after receiving the cancellation request.
  • In case of prepaid orders, the amount will be reflected in the payment method through which the transaction was made.
  • In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received.

Shipments outside of India.

Shipping charges will be as per actual and these charges do not include any Custom Fees or Duties. Those fee’s are the sole responsibility of the customer. Nor do we guarantee that our products will be acceptable to other countries.
